The second WG3: Guidelines meeting took place in Linz on 25 September 2026. A key focus of the meeting was the discussion of three proposed design templates for the protocols, presented on the basis of excellent contributions by Prof. Vilhelmova-Ilieva (Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, BG), Prof. Dibona (Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, PUCV, CL), Prof. Le Gall (University of Brest, FR), and Dr. Oesterreich (University of Hamburg, DE).
Following the discussion, an online survey was launched to identify the most suitable design template. Voting remains open until 2 October 2026.
Another important milestone was the announcement of the first WG3 Conference, which will take place in Bratislava on 22–23 April 2027. Professor Bujdáková of the University of Bratislava, Slovakia, will generously host the conference, and the WG3 Chairs would like to express their sincere gratitude for her outstanding support. The concept and objectives of the conference were presented, with 25 places available for participants. The call for protocol proposals will open at the end of October.
The WG3 Chairs warmly thank all participants for their constructive, focused, and exceptionally cordial discussions, as well as for their valuable contributions to the meeting.
