Photodynamic Inactivation as a Strategy for Biofilm Eradication

Last week we had the opportunity to hear the Biofilm Corner Webinar, organized by the ESCMID Study Group for Biofilms, with Helena Bujdáková as chair! 🦠

We discuss on the newest advances in “Innovative strategies for biofilm eradication and new possibilities in tackling biofilm associated infections” 💊, with Paula Bourke (University College Dublin) showing us the “Potential for Cold Plasma-based therapies for Orthopaedic Infection, Prevention and Control”, as part of a long-term collaborative project!

We also heard Joanna Nakonieczna (University of Gdańsk and Medical University of Gdańsk), a MC member from our COST Action presenting “Photodynamic Inactivation as a Strategy for Biofilm Eradication”! 💡

Follow us for more updates on our Action and the scientific research of our members! 👯
